Can you quote products that are not on your website?
Yes. Our government and organizational catalog is broader than our online selection. Send us the manufacturer, model, part number or product specifications, and we will research availability.
Do you accept small or micro-purchase requirements?
Yes. We welcome small and large requirements. Any product-specific minimum or case quantity will be disclosed before an order is placed.
Can you quote an exact brand and part number?
Yes. Clearly indicate whether the requirement is brand-specific or whether approved equivalents may be considered.
Are all your products made in the United States?
No blanket country-of-origin claim applies to our complete catalog. All orders ship from within the United States, but manufacturing origin varies by product. We will research solicitation-specific origin requirements before quoting an item as compliant.
Can you accommodate mixed-size uniform orders?
Yes. Include the required style, color, sizes and quantities. Select product lines offer extended sizing through 7XL.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Purchase orders and Net 15 or Net 30 terms may be considered for approved government accounts. Terms must be confirmed before order acceptance.
How quickly will we receive a quote?
We acknowledge government inquiries promptly. Completion time depends on the number of products, required supplier confirmations and the complexity of the solicitation. Please include your quote deadline so we can assess the requirement immediately.
